- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business objectives and shareholder value.
- Oversee R&D investments and partnerships in frontier technologies including neuromorphic computing and decentralized systems.
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders, securing buy-in for high-impact initiatives.
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and foster an innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred with 10+ years tech strategy experience.
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to commercialization (minimum 3 successful exits).
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and sustainable architecture.
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech ecosystem, including VCs and research institutions.
