Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions with 18-month commercialization horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, spatial computing) for strategic opportunities
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board members with data-backed adoption scenarios
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on exclusive research initiatives
- Mentor '2026 Fellowship' program for emerging tech talent
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years focused on post-2025 technology forecasting
- Proven track record launching products from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum/AI/biotech/metaverse
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or similar
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Fluency in Python, R, and strategic simulation tools
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three future-tech commercialization successes
