- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and tech governance
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and build future-ready tech talent pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of scaling AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional strategic planning with ability to translate vision to execution
- Public speaking experience at global tech conferences (CES, Web Summit)
- Portfolio of successful tech transformation projects
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or equivalent
