Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, neuro-interfaces) for commercial viability
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on future tech adoption scenarios
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems
- Author thought leadership publications on technology convergence trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research on technology forecasting or disruptive innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global market engagement
