Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Collaborate with C-level executives to architect a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with our long-term business objectives for 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to determine their viability for immediate implementation.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and strategists in conducting research and development to solve complex, future-forward problems.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment across all departments.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor activities to proactively identify opportunities and threats in the market landscape.
- Scalability Planning: Design infrastructure and systems capable of scaling to meet the demands of a projected 2026 user base.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven experience (10+ years) in technology leadership or product strategy with a focus on long-term planning and future forecasting.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications; experience with AI/ML, cloud architecture, or blockchain is a major plus.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, high-performance teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical roadmaps into clear, actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving technical solutions for ambiguous, high-stakes challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
