Responsibilities

• Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, aligning business goals with technological capabilities.
• Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum Readiness.
• Architect scalable, resilient systems that can withstand the demands of next-gen data processing.
• Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Conduct feasibility studies for emerging tech trends and present strategic recommendations to the C-Suite.
• Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and ethical standards in all future tech implementations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
• Deep technical expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and high-availability environments.
• Strong command of programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go, with a demonstrated ability to prototype new technologies.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving complex projects from conception to delivery.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and the ability to assess their readiness for enterprise deployment.
