Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain a comprehensive technological roadmap that aligns with business objectives and anticipates market shifts.
- Evaluate Emerging Tech: Conduct deep-dive research and POCs (Proof of Concepts) for breakthrough technologies including Quantum Computing, AI integration, and Edge IoT.
- Strategic Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance system architectures that support long-term growth and operational efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor advancements to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the technology investment strategy, ensuring capital is directed toward high-impact initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Strategic Planning, or Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or MBA with a focus on Technology Strategy.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to look beyond immediate requirements and plan for 5-10 year horizons.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge solutions in previous roles.
