Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the technical architecture for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Strategic Planning: Define long-term technical roadmaps and translate business goals into actionable engineering strategies.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and architects, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth.
- Prototype Development: Build high-fidelity prototypes to validate new concepts and technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and executives to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Code Quality Assurance: Enforce best practices, conduct rigorous code reviews, and establish high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, or similar high-performance languages.
- Cloud Knowledge: Proficiency in designing systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- AI/ML: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and large-scale data processing.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to deployment.
