Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems using next-generation AI and cloud-native technologies.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI) for potential integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to drive innovation.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with long-term technology adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives and defining long-term strategies.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, AI integration, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
