Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Design and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging trends in generative AI and quantum computing integration.
- System Architecture: Lead the design of scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish and enforce ethical AI guidelines and compliance frameworks to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party AI tools and cloud providers that align with the company's long-term 2026 vision.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years in leading AI or Machine Learning initiatives.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).

- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
