Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Technology & Workforce Roadmap that aligns with client business objectives.
- Lead workshops and strategy sessions to integrate AI tools into legacy business processes.
- Define ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for the deployment of autonomous systems.
- Forecast emerging trends in remote work, digital nomadism, and hybrid workforce models.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure buy-in for transformative digital initiatives.
- Mentor junior strategists and researchers within the firm.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or technology innovation.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
- Proven track record of leading organizational change management and digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of global labor markets and the future of work.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
