Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production engineering. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to deliver breakthrough solutions that solve complex real-world problems.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 AI integration strategy, ensuring scalability and security.
- Architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, Neural Networks).
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Identify potential risks in system architecture and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
