Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and functionality issues
- Document detailed bug reports with clear steps to reproduce and severity levels
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in agile sprint planning, testing cycles, and release processes
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scripts based on product requirements
- Perform regression testing to ensure new features don't impact existing functionality
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvement
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software QA testing (manual and automated)
- Proficiency with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience writing clear, concise test cases and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is preferred
