Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear recommendations for operational improvements
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance insights to support strategic decision-making
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
- Portfolio demonstrating successful data-driven initiatives and business impact
- Experience in retail, tourism, or tech industries highly desirable
