Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews to ensure high quality.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and improve application load times.
- Testing & Deployment: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure product reliability. Automate CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Equivalent practical experience is accepted.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. Strong experience with at least one major JavaScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Backend Proficiency: Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL).
- Tools: Familiarity with Git version control, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment, and a proactive attitude towards solving complex problems.
