Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document bugs using JIRA with clear reproduction steps and severity levels
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Perform regression testing on web and mobile applications
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct usability tests and provide actionable feedback
- Maintain detailed test documentation and metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of QA/testing experience with software/web applications
- Strong understanding of test methodologies and bug tracking tools
- Proficiency in cross-browser and cross-platform testing
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability (15-25 hours/week with adjustable schedule)
