Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and trends.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure high data quality.
- Document data processes and create technical specifications for future maintenance.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
- Strong experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
