Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into intuitive, high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
- Conduct User Research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions and improve overall user satisfaction.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to contribute fresh ideas and iterate on existing concepts.
- Create and maintain a consistent visual language and design system across all digital products.
- Assist in the creation of high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Stay Updated on the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our designs remain competitive and modern.
- Document design specifications and handover assets clearly to the development team for implementation.
Qualifications
- A passion for design and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field of User Experience.
- Basic proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and user-centric design principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design rationales.
- Portfolio showcasing creative projects, personal experiments, or academic work (experience is a plus, but passion is key).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
