Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create user personas to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) during design sprints
- Participate in usability testing sessions and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to design system documentation and component libraries
- Present design solutions clearly to stakeholders through compelling presentations
- Stay updated on UX trends and best practices through continuous learning
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking process and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (Figma preferred)
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and iterate quickly
- Proactive attitude with desire to grow in UX field
