Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research sessions and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design solutions
- Participate in design critiques and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Document design systems and contribute to our growing design library
- Present design work to clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking process (academic projects accepted)
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and iterate quickly
- Passion for solving user problems and creating intuitive experiences
- Portfolio showcasing at least 3 design projects (can be academic)
