Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable microservices using Java/Python
- Participate in Agile sprints to deliver features within 2-week cycles
- Write unit tests and integrate CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement responsive web interfaces
- Debug production issues using distributed tracing tools
- Contribute to open-source projects through our Innovation Lab
- Present technical solutions to cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (2023-2024 graduates)
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python/Java/JavaScript)
- Understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with Git version control and collaborative workflows
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Problem-solving skills demonstrated through coding challenges
- Strong communication abilities for technical documentation
- Passion for emerging technologies (AI/ML/Web3)
