Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases and document detailed results
- Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and verify bug fixes
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Create test data and maintain test environments
- Conduct regression testing and smoke testing
- Assist in automating tests using Selenium WebDriver
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Basic computer literacy (Windows OS, MS Office)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Passion for problem-solving and quality assurance
