Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine AI prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary language models
- Conduct rigorous prompt testing and A/B experiments to optimize model outputs
- Develop documentation and best practices for prompt engineering workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt solutions into production systems
- Analyze model outputs and iterate prompts to improve accuracy, safety, and relevance
- Train junior engineers on prompt engineering methodologies and tools
- Stay current with AI research trends and emerging prompt engineering techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI development
- Proven track record of optimizing language model outputs for enterprise applications
- Expertise with Python, API integrations, and LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
