Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and functionality issues
- Document test results, bugs, and user feedback using industry-standard tools like JIRA
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve issues and improve product quality
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups) to align on testing priorities
- Create comprehensive test plans and test scripts based on product requirements
- Analyze test data to identify trends and suggest process improvements
- Maintain detailed test documentation and defect tracking records
