- Document test results using JIRA and other QA tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to report and resolve issues
- Participate in agile sprint ceremonies and QA planning sessions
- Verify product functionality across web and mobile applications
- Maintain detailed test logs and defect reports
- Conduct regression testing for software updates
- Adhere to QA methodologies and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new tools
