Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and usability issues
- Document bugs using JIRA with detailed steps to reproduce and severity levels
- Collaborate with developers and product managers during sprint planning and review cycles
- Perform regression testing on new features and existing functionality
- Participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives to improve testing processes
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Assist in creating test plans and test scenarios based on product requirements
- Stay updated on industry testing tools and best practices
Qualifications
- No prior QA experience required – open to recent graduates and career changers
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
