Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
- Document network configurations and troubleshoot logs
- Assist with network security audits and compliance monitoring
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure upgrades
- Provide end-user support for network-related queries
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotational schedule)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- CompTIA Network+ certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications within 12 months
