Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools

- Provide Tier-1 technical support to internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with senior technicians on network upgrades and maintenance

Qualifications
