Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and access points
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and resolve connectivity issues
- Assist with network security protocols and access control implementations
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with senior technicians on network upgrades and projects
- Participate in company-sponsored training for CompTIA Network+ and Cisco certifications
- Provide first-level technical support to internal and external clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Pass background check and drug screening
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
