What You'll Do:
- Monitor SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) for suspicious activity
- Investigate security alerts using threat intelligence feeds
- Document incidents using SOAR frameworks
- Collaborate with incident response teams during breaches
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security dashboards for executive reporting

Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts across enterprise infrastructure using SIEM tools
- Investigate and triage potential security incidents with SLA-driven urgency
- Execute incident response playbooks during security breaches
- Perform network traffic analysis using Wireshark and tcpdump
- Conduct vulnerability scans and penetration testing exercises
- Generate executive-level security dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Stay current with emerging threats via MITRE ATT&CK framework
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or SOC analyst role
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and SOAR tools
- Hands-on experience with incident response methodologies
- Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work rotating shifts in 24/7 environment
