Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for network connectivity issues
- Assist with network monitoring and performance optimization
- Document network configurations and procedures
- Collaborate with senior technicians on infrastructure projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (rotational schedule)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CompTIA Network+ certification preferred (training provided)
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license required for site visits
