Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with network infrastructure setup and maintenance under supervision
- Document incident tickets and knowledge base articles using ServiceNow
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects and system upgrades
- Complete vendor-certified training modules (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365)
- Support end-users with VPN, email, and cloud application troubleshooting
- Adhere to IT security protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours during training period
- Pass background check and drug screen
