- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive strategic decision-making.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Database Management: Maintain and optimize databases, writing queries to retrieve necessary information efficiently.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Quality Assurance: Validate data quality and troubleshoot data discrepancies to ensure reliable reporting.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and Python or R.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: A keen analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems using data-driven approaches.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus.
