Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and compile data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Process and clean large datasets using Excel and SQL to prepare them for analysis.
- Create Visualizations: Build clear, insightful charts and dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Support Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports that summarize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
- Conduct Market Research: Perform basic research to support product development and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Math, Computer Science) is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
