Responsibilities
- Design, install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure.
- Perform network troubleshooting to identify and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Implement and monitor network security protocols to protect data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades and migrations.
- Document network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures for team reference.
- Respond to service requests and tickets with a focus on high availability and uptime.
- Conduct regular network audits and performance tuning.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network administration or technical support.
- Proficiency in configuring routers, switches, firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet).
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various site locations.
