Your Role
You will be responsible for data collection, cleaning, and analysis to support key business decisions. We need someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and ready to learn.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboards & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise reports and documentation for internal stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor data quality metrics and implement scripts to automate data validation processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for querying databases and familiarity with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Visualization: Interest or exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong logical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
