Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and interpret complex data sets from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Prepare clear, concise, and professional reports and presentations to communicate findings to the management team.
- Database Management: Assist in querying databases using SQL to retrieve specific data sets for analysis projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of all reporting data.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; internship experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, Python, or Excel is highly preferred. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI) is a strong asset.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation: Currently residing in Illinois or willing to relocate to Florida with our assistance.
