Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, organize, and clean large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports for stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable business insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining databases and ensuring data integrity using SQL queries.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relocation: Ability to relocate to Columbus, Ohio (Relocation assistance provided for eligible candidates).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization concepts.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a passion for uncovering the story behind the numbers.
- Tools: Familiarity with Python, R, or any BI tools is a plus but not mandatory.
