Responsibilities
- Collect and Organize Data: Gather raw data from various sources and clean and preprocess it to ensure accuracy for analysis.
- Develop Dashboards: Create visual data representations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform Statistical Analysis: Conduct basic statistical tests and trend analysis to support business decision-making.
- Report Findings: Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support Projects: Assist senior analysts in large-scale data migration and system optimization projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (graduates welcome).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and a basic understanding of SQL or Python.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns in large datasets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data insights effectively.
- Remote Readiness: Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
