Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Visualizations: Create compelling dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Market Research: Assist in analyzing market trends and competitor data to support strategic decision-making.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic to intermediate statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in business data.
- Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for the management team, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Database Maintenance: Support the database team by monitoring data integrity and reporting issues.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. A strong academic background or internship experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP). Familiarity with SQL or Python is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot trends in data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data simply.
