Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from various sources and ensure accuracy by removing duplicates and correcting errors.
- Report Generation: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Assist in identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies in datasets to help the business forecast future performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of data processes and analysis methodologies.
- Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to data handling workflows to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is highly preferred.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude toward mastering new data analysis tools and software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
