Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Collaborate with the design team to build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Report Generation: Create weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Data Auditing: Perform routine data quality checks and identify discrepancies in datasets.
- Support Senior Analysts: Help execute complex data queries and assist in the development of analytical models under supervision.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Experience with SQL is a plus but not required.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot patterns and anomalies in data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
