Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Assist in gathering data from various sources and performing data cleaning and preparation tasks.
- Analysis & Modeling: Support the team in performing basic statistical analysis and identifying trends within datasets.
- Visualization: Create clear, impactful dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data insights.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of data sources, methodologies, and findings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and a willingness to learn SQL and Python.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Ability to present complex data findings in a simple, understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attitude: High level of curiosity and a desire to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
