Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform descriptive and exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Documentation: Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.
- SQL Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently from databases.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL (Strongly preferred) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to think critically about data quality and logic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn new technologies, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
