Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from multiple sources and ensure it is accurate, consistent, and ready for analysis.
- Support Reporting: Help create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports that drive business decisions.
- Dashboard Creation: Collaborate with the team to visualize data trends using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Data Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key performance indicators.
- Anomaly Detection: Monitor data sets for errors or outliers and flag them for further review.
- Collaboration: Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems with available data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data stories effectively.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Motivation: A self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
