What You’ll Do
As an Entry Level Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our data infrastructure. You will work directly with senior analysts to ensure data integrity, generate actionable insights, and create visualizations that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate regular performance reports for management, highlighting trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Database Management: Assist in querying databases using SQL to extract specific datasets for analysis.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and propose solutions to optimize workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, PivotTables) and SQL.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
