Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within complex data sets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate data needs into analytical solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of clear, concise reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Document data processes and maintain technical documentation for the analytics team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts) is required.
- Familiarity with SQL (querying databases) and Python (libraries like Pandas) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
