Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop clear, interactive dashboards and static reports using Tableau and Excel to communicate complex findings.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical testing to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to translate data findings into actionable business strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and database schemas.
- Forecasting: Assist in building predictive models to support future business planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL (JOINs, subqueries) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Programming: Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling sensitive data and complex calculations.
