Responsibilities
- Collect and Clean Data: Gather raw data from various sources and perform rigorous cleaning and preprocessing to ensure accuracy.
- Develop Dashboards: Create intuitive and visually appealing dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform Statistical Analysis: Execute basic statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Generate Reports: Produce regular, high-level reports for stakeholders, summarizing findings and actionable insights.
- Support Decision Making: Assist the management team in making data-driven decisions by providing clear, concise, and relevant data summaries.
- Collaborate on Projects: Work closely with the IT and Operations departments to understand data requirements and improve reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business) or equivalent work experience.
- No Experience Required: We are looking for recent graduates or career changers eager to learn; prior internship experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL is preferred. Familiarity with Python or R is a bonus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
