Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (SQL databases, APIs, spreadsheets)
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for client reporting
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies in datasets
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges
- Complete 20+ hours of monthly skills training (Python, SQL, statistics)
Qualifications
- Recent graduate (Bachelor's degree) in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, basic functions)
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly through structured training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of database concepts (no SQL experience required)
- Portfolio demonstrating data visualization projects (school projects welcome)
